Please read these terms carefully before using the in baji platform. These rules define the relationship between you and us.
1. General Provisions and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, bets and financial transactions on the in baji platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the in baji website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any registered member who uses the platform in accordance with these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the in baji platform. This requirement applies to all types of casino games and sports betting. in baji may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify your age.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, in baji has the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances. Multiple accounts created using the same device, IP address or payment method also fall under this rule.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely true and accurate. If an account is created with false information, it may be closed and deposited funds may not be returned.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details — especially your password — confidential. All activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, immediately check the FAQ for detailed support information or contact the support team directly.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following methods are accepted for deposits on the in baji platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw. in baji reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending additional verification in the case of unusual transactions.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility
Funds deposited into your account must be used solely for gaming and betting on the in baji platform. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, in baji may immediately close the associated account.
4. Bonus and Promotion Rules
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200 — and you must place ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.
4.2 Other Promotions
All promotional offers from in baji — weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, cricket season rewards, birthday gifts and friend referrals — are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Detailed terms apply to each offer separately.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity or any form of manipulation to take advantage of the bonus system will result in cancellation of all bonuses. If such activity is proven, the account may be permanently closed.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Conditions
in baji offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, live casino and fishing games. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, in baji may consider that bet void.
5.2 Sports Betting
The published odds will apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports. If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, the result will be determined according to in baji's settlement policy. If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placing the bet remain in effect.
5.3 Live Casino and Slots
Results in live casino and slot games are determined by an automated Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the game provider and reflects long-term statistics — it is not a guarantee of any outcome in a specific session.
5.4 Cheating and Fraudulent Behaviour
Any attempt to hack gaming software, use bots, play under a false identity or otherwise exploit the in baji system unfairly is prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be closed immediately.
6. VIP Program
The in baji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold, applied on weekly net losses.
VIP benefits are at in baji's discretion and may change at any time. Moving up from one tier to the next depends on regular active participation. VIP membership may be cancelled if it is abused or if the Terms are violated.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
in baji collects and processes your personal data solely for the purpose of providing services. Full details of how data is collected, stored and used are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Your data will not be sold or transferred to third parties, though it may be shared with authorities where required to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.
8. Responsible Gaming
in baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage our users to play mindfully. You can set your own deposit and betting limits.

9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 in baji's Rights
in baji may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Providing a false identity or false information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Suspicion of money laundering
9.2 User Rights
You may contact in baji support at any time to request closure of your account. If any pending bonus conditions have not been met at the time of closure, those bonuses will be cancelled. If you have a remaining balance, contact support to arrange a withdrawal.
10. Limitation of Liability
in baji strives to ensure the highest standard of technology and security in delivering gaming services. However, in baji is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, device issues or third-party software errors.

11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about a betting result or a transaction, you must notify in baji support within 72 hours of the incident. After receiving a complaint, in baji will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time.
in baji's decision will be considered final unless clear evidence of a technical error is found. Both parties will aim to resolve disputes through discussion. Support is available 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat and email.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. International legal principles will be followed in the event of any dispute. The user confirms that they are using the platform in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the country in which they are located.
If a person uses the platform from a region where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, that responsibility lies entirely with that individual.
